Develop an intelligent control system for the heat treatment production line of automotive aluminum alloy wheels, which effectively ensures the mechanical properties and quality of quenched aluminum alloy wheels, and achieves unmanned and safe continuous production. This device can use multiple heating methods, such as electric heating, gas heating, and fuel heating. The rated working temperature of the solid solution furnace is 650 ℃, the furnace temperature uniformity is ≤± 5 ℃, the quenching transfer time is ≤ 12S, and the surface temperature rise of the furnace shell is ≤ 35 ℃. The rated working temperature of the aging furnace is 200 ℃, the furnace temperature uniformity is ≤± 5 ℃, the surface temperature rise of the furnace shell is ≤ 35 ℃, and waste heat is used for heating. The device adopts an automated control system, with automatic display function, multiple actions interlocking and alarm function, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

 

1) Conduct research on key technologies for heat treatment of energy-saving and high-efficiency aluminum alloy wheels, focusing on three key areas: energy conservation and environmental protection, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.

 

2) We will conduct technical research and development on technical difficulties such as multi-layer roller transportation technology, single-layer independent water pouring technology, and three-layer roller bar transportation technology.

 

3) Research on the temperature field of the wheel hub during solid solution treatment, numerical simulation of the temperature field of aluminum alloy wheel hub under solid solution process, correction of the temperature control system, ensuring that the total time of the wheel hub solid solution process is ≤ 280min (adjustable by frequency conversion), the wheel hub heating time is ≤ 40min (adjustable by frequency conversion), and the wheel hub holding time is ≤ 240min (adjustable by frequency conversion).

 

4) By adopting a split flow furnace gas channel, unique mixed flow technology, and a natural gas flow rate furnace gas temperature balance compensation system, the maximum uniformity of furnace gas temperature is achieved, and the uniformity of furnace temperature is improved. The temperature deviation of the workpiece is less than ± 5oC.

 

5) Research on temperature field during aging process, numerical simulation study on temperature field of aluminum alloy wheel hub under aging process, correction of temperature control system, ensuring total aging process time ≤ 210min (variable frequency adjustable), wheel hub heating time ≤ 30min (variable frequency adjustable), wheel hub insulation time ≤ 180min (variable frequency adjustable).

 

6) Research on residual stress of aluminum alloy wheel hub quenching and optimization of production process flow. 7) The research on rapid feed and high-precision positioning system for workpieces ensures that the quenching transfer time is ≤ 12s.
