Nauticus Robotics, a leading global provider of autonomous underwater robots and software solutions, recently announced the signing of a multi-year Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Advanced Ocean Systems (AOS), a Florida based company specializing in the development and integration of autonomous and remote control systems. This move marks a deep collaboration between the two companies to accelerate the integration of deep-sea robots and autonomous systems in the field of ocean operations, bringing revolutionary efficiency improvements to the global offshore industry.

According to the agreement, Nauticus Robotics and Advanced Ocean Systems will integrate their engineering expertise and technical capabilities to jointly explore and seize opportunities in the field of maritime autonomous technology. The focus of this collaboration is to combine Nauticus' advanced autonomous underwater systems with AOS's testing and development infrastructure.

The initial cooperation details have been clarified, and the two companies plan to utilize Advanced Ocean Systems' testing lake facility in Stewart, Florida to launch a series of autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) targeting the Nauticus flagship, Aquanaut ® The experiment. These experiments aim to expand the overall operational parameters of Aquanaut and explore the possibility of integrating it into a wider ecosystem of unmanned assets, including various types of unmanned surface vehicles (USVs), in order to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness in performing deep-sea missions.

John Gibson, President and CEO of Nauticus Robotics, said: "We are very excited about this new alliance and look forward to working with AOS and its subsidiaries to drive continued experimentation, adoption, and integration of scalable autonomous and remote control solutions, pioneering new models for offshore operations. ”

John Jacobson, CEO of Advanced Ocean Systems, also emphasized that Nauticus and AOS have accumulated rich successful industry experience during critical moments in the offshore industry and the integration of practical autonomous technology into daily operations. This comprehensive expertise will enable us to transform the shared vision of technology driven remote control operations into cleaner, more streamlined, and ultimately safer unpredictable offshore environments. ”

Both companies have extensive experience in developing on-site validation autonomous and remote control systems (including hardware and software) for deployment on water surfaces and underwater (including ultra deep water environments). This strategic cooperation will not only consolidate Nauticus Robotics' position in the field of autonomous robotics, but also provide valuable testing infrastructure and integration capabilities for both parties. It is expected that this cooperation will bring a clean, lean, and safer operating model to the marine industry, promoting deep-sea operations towards intelligence and automation.
