Sinto Advanced Ceramics USA produces 3D printed ceramic components using stereolithography (from the Sinto-owned company 3DCeram) and lithography-based ceramic manufacturing (LCM, a type of DLP from Lithoz), reaching tolerances below 0.05 mm in materials including alumina, zirconia, and silica cores for investment casting. The company maintains ISO 9001 quality management certification alongside its new ITAR registration and serves applications spanning aerospace and defense systems, medical devices, semiconductor equipment, electronics, and industrial manufacturing.

ITAR, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, governs the manufacture, export, and handling of defense-related articles and technical data in the United States, and registration is typically a prerequisite for suppliers seeking to work on defense and other export-controlled programs.

Sinto Advanced Ceramics USA operates alongside Sinto Advanced Ceramics Europe GmbH, the Immenstadt, Germany ceramic 3D printing manufacturer formerly known as Bosch Advanced Ceramics, which joined the Sintokogio Group in January 2026 and recently completed its own ISO 9001:2015 recertification, as VoxelMatters reported.
